The development of Edinburgh Park began in 1990 and the Park now comprises impressive architecture and contemporary buildings. To date around 1.3million sq ft of the development has been built out.

In 1995, the Park welcomed its first occupier - Scottish Equitable - and has since grown steadily over the last 12 years, attracting businesses from a range of different sectors, including telecoms, technology, finance and property.
