Edinburgh Park extends to 58.3 hectares (144 acres) and provides over 120,000 sq m (1,292,000 sq ft) of office accommodation.

The current masterplan was proposed by Bob Gatje and Ian White Associates and comprises largely office development amongst landscaped open space, public areas and water features.
